We provide leadership development coaching, mentoring and advisory services to a number of Rio Tinto HR and operational teams. We have recently provided a comprehensive leadership team programme for a global team. The programme has involved psychometric diagnostics (LEA 360, TMSDI high performing teams and CAPP Realise2 strength tool), live 360 analysis, feedback and action planning for all members. The work culminated in a facilitated executive team strategy day.
