We have provided CEO 120 day coaching and mentoring to the new CEO of the business. The work involves one-to-one coaching, supporting the CEO on his transition into the new role using our 30-30-30 approach that has been refined through our mindset of the CEO research.  We have supported the development of the vision, the organisational design and change implementation.
